Asetek DD10 now on sale: 10 Nm and a five-year warranty
Asetek's 10 Nm base, upgradeable to 14 Nm, is now sold in its store for €419.33 excluding VAT, with a five-year warranty. Xbox play needs a wheel due in 2027.
On sale since 27 October 2026 (11:00 CET) in Asetek’s store

Update: the DD10 went on sale on 27 October
Asetek Racing opened DD10 sales on October 27, 2026, at 11:00 CET, as announced in its official SimRacing Expo recap. On October 28 we checked Asetek's European store: the EU version is listed as 'In stock and ready to ship' and can be added to the cart, and the listing states PC compatibility. A UK-plug version is also available. Delivery times are not shown on the listing.
The European price is €419.33 excluding VAT. Asetek presents it as €499 with Germany's 19% VAT, but the store applies VAT by country: when we checked it showed €503.20. In the US it lists US$499 before sales tax. Asetek has not published a GBP price.
10 Nm, with a separate kit for 14 Nm
The direct drive base specifies maximum torque of 10 Nm. Asetek announces an upgrade to 14 Nm with its separately sold Wheelbase Boost Kit, which launch coverage describes as a power supply change. The kit’s price and date are unannounced, so 14 Nm is not part of the €499 price.
The manufacturer calls its force feedback GripSense and highlights the reproduction of grip and traction changes. This is Asetek’s description, not a SimSales test result.

PC from day one; Xbox needs a wheel that is not out yet
The DD10 works on PC from launch with Asetek’s wheel range. The official FAQ describes it as Xbox-ready only when paired with an Xbox-compatible Asetek Racing wheel. According to launch coverage attributing the date to Asetek, the first such wheel is planned for the first quarter of 2027. For now, the base alone does not allow play on Xbox.
The quick release includes USB passthrough for third-party wheels, which does not amount to universal compatibility. PlayStation is not confirmed. Settings are managed in the RaceHub software.
Encoder, connections and mounting
The specifications list a 14-bit absolute encoder, 16,384 steps per turn and 0.022° angular resolution. They state a 96 W power supply, dimensions of 133 × 132 × 262 mm and a weight of 7.92 kg.
The host connection is USB-C, with five rear connections for Asetek peripherals. Mounting uses four M6 threaded T-nuts, 87 mm across and 30–130 mm lengthwise; with the Bottom Mount Conversion Plate, 80 and 66 mm. US, EU, APAC and UK plug variants are listed.

Five-year warranty for purchases from 16 October
Asetek Racing extended the warranty on all its products bought after 15 October 2026 to five years, so it covers the DD10 from launch. The period runs from the purchase date and existing warranty terms still apply. The DD10 sheet and section 7.1 of the general terms already state 60 months.
The treatment of second-hand products and warranty transfers remains unclear, as does the version of the RMA procedure that still mentioned two years when we checked it.
