An automatic 15% discount to celebrate the show
VRS has announced a 15% discount campaign on hardware and cockpits to coincide with SimRacing Expo Frankfurt 2026. Its official European shop already labels products with the promotion and explains that the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
The brand's announcement states that no code or special link is needed to receive the discount. The announced scope includes wheelbases, steering wheels, pedals and cockpits. The promotion provides an opportunity to review either a specific equipment upgrade or a complete simulator configuration.
- 15% discount announced on hardware and cockpits.
- Applied automatically at checkout, with no coupon.

Promotion dates and times in Spain
VRS's announcement sets the European promotion period from Thursday 15 October 2026 at 09:00 to Tuesday 20 October at 08:59 CEST. Mainland Spain uses this same time zone during the campaign.
The artwork and shop header summarise the dates as ‘15–19 October’. The brand's message gives the Thursday-to-Monday period in Pacific Time and its European equivalent, which runs into the morning of Tuesday 20 October. Use the European closing time when planning an order, and distinguish it from the show's dates of 16–18 October.
Wheelbases, steering wheels and pedals featured in the campaign
Products marked by the shop include the DFP15 wheelbase, R295 G2 steering wheel and Pro Pedals. The DFP15 is VRS's Direct Drive wheelbase with 15 Nm of peak torque; its official specification lists a 21-bit encoder and a USB connection to the steering wheel through a slip ring.
For pedals, the shop distinguishes between the throttle-and-brake set, the separate clutch and the three-pedal bundle. These are different selections: when comparing a complete setup, check what each includes to avoid counting a pedal or accessory twice.

Cockpits are included too
VRS explicitly includes cockpits in the announcement, and its shop labels the GT-2 and its accessories with the 15% checkout discount. When comparing configurations, distinguish the chassis from the seat, monitor mounts and any selected accessories.
The SimSales VRS offers page brings together a selection of products that already have pages in our catalogue. It provides access to their specifications and links to the official shop, where you can configure an order and check the corresponding total.

How the discount applies and what is excluded
The official VRS store clarifies that the promotion does not stack with an existing discount: the larger discount applies. In the brand's example, a bundle already discounted by 12% moves to 15% off its regular price; an item already discounted by more than 15% keeps its sale price.
This means the 15% is not an additional discount on every sale price shown on the website. It is worth comparing the final price of your chosen configuration, especially for bundles and products that are already on sale.
VRS also explicitly states on the uDFP20 Upgrade product card that torque upgrades are excluded from the SimRacing Expo promotion. This exception concerns the torque upgrade and should be distinguished from purchasing a physical wheelbase included in the campaign.
Check the total, VAT and shipping charges
The European shop displays VAT-inclusive prices and adjusts the information to the selected shipping country; with Spain selected, it identifies Spanish VAT. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. The announced 15% saving should not be interpreted as free shipping or a discount on every component of an order's total.
Before paying, check that the appropriate discount has been applied, along with your selected variant, availability and the total amount. The announcement covers hardware and cockpits: it does not confirm a discount on data subscriptions, training or coaching.
