How to plan your cockpit and screens

Build the frame, seat and display arrangement as one system. Check included parts before buying duplicates, and budget for the complete installation.

Start with the exact cockpit variant

Make an inventory of the selected variant. Sim-Lab’s GT1 Pro offers different monitor-mount options; the cockpit name alone does not identify the complete package.

  • If a seat is included, do not add another one.
  • Check seat brackets, sliders and monitor mounting separately.

Match your driving position and hardware

Measure the frame footprint and the space needed to get in. Compare wheel-base and pedal mounting drawings with the supplied cockpit brackets.

  • Check seat dimensions, mounting style and adjustment range.
  • List any required front mount, side mount or pedal baseplate.

Choose the display arrangement

Decide between a single screen, ultrawide, three screens or VR. For monitor stands, check VESA pattern, supported size, weight and screen count.

  • Triples need three displays and suitable support; an included single mount is insufficient.
  • Check video outputs and game support; for VR, check headset and system requirements.

Total the installation, not just the frame

Add missing seat hardware, screen support, displays, cables and delivery. Remove items already included in your chosen variants before comparing totals.

  • If motion is planned, confirm frame compatibility and clearance for moving parts.
  • Save the exact variants in the configurator and review the shopping list.

Confirm the exact model, variant and current manufacturer manual before ordering.
